HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT 

1. Fill out the form below. Be specifc about your look. We will return your e-mail or call you to confirm your look and time slot. If you have any cosmedic allergies please list them in your comments. 

2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment. We can take the deposit payment via Paypal and Venmo. Tell me your preferred method and we will send you a request for payment. Cash deposits can be made if you are able to travel to Brooklyn via the L train. 

3. Once you are booked we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your time slot, location, contact info, etc. 

4. Walk in appointments may be taken if there is room. Please call 917-674-2254 for a time slot.

BASE RATES: These are example rates based on the kind of service needed and do not include any prosthetics or appliances. Please inquire below for exact rates. Eyelash application add $20. Airbrush may or may not be used depending on the artists preference.

Special FX Bruises, Cuts, Gashes and Burns (out of kit)....................$100 - $175

Special FX Appliances (prosthetic application)..................................$150-$300

Partial Body Paint (face, neck, arms, torso).........................................$200-$500
