This class will teach the basics of how to apply a foam latex prosthetic. Students will take turns practicing this skill on one another. Topics inlcude:

~ the importance of reference photos

~ creating a character

~ application of a foam latex prosthetic

~ hiding an edge

~ preparing the foam latex for paint

~ how to make PAX paint

~ painting techniques

~ how to safely remove prosthetics

~ a handout covering all class topics

~ small makeup kit to use in class and take home includes: prosthetics to apply, RMG color wheel, pros-aide adhesive, adhesive remover, sponges, translucent powder.
